Claire Fryatt, Commercial and Operations Director of Phoenix, brings an extensive knowledge of business operations to the team. She looks for solutions to optimise processes, using technology and teamwork, while collaborating with clients and the team to guarantee solid partnerships and excellence in everything we do as a business.

Our survey teams consist of experts well-versed in PIA (Physical Infrastructure Access) and new build methodologies, covering both overhead and underground installations. Complementing this, our design and QC teams bring a wealth of experience from working with diverse ISPs, tackling design projects across the UK in urban and rural settings. This collective expertise allows us to deliver cost-effective, high-quality, and efficient designs, meeting tight CPPs (Cost Per Premise) and utilising PIA or designing new builds as needed.
