Telegraph Pole and Survey

Our Approach

There’s no such thing as ‘one size fits all’.

We’re dedicated to working closely with our clients to develop, use, and improve a Survey solution that exceeds requirements.

Surveying telecoms infrastructure isn’t just about capturing data. It’s about actively avoiding risk and planning the best possible route.

Precision and attention to detail are vital during Survey, to avoid returns to site and challenges during planning and build. That’s why we focus on innovative tools, and ensuring we have the right people for the job.

We guarantee that our approach will exceed expectations and deliver precise Surveys that go above and beyond the industry standard.

Innovative Tools

Pen and paper? The 90’s called.

We’re constantly investing in the latest, and safest, equipment for our Survey team. Whether it’s the latest tablet or gas detector, our team has it all.

Our dedicated GIS team build a bespoke, all-in-one Survey solution for every client we work with. This means no more lost images or emails flying around.

By integrating our innovative survey process with our Planning and Quality Control teams, we can guarantee Surveys with the highest accuracy.

Years of Experience

Knowledgeable? Check. Safe? Check.

Our Survey team has an average of 5 years experience each, on the Openreach network and for multiple clients - so they really know telecoms.

We also deliver and maintain regular comprehensive training to make sure they are up-to-date with all the latest project and regulatory requirements.

Cross-training ensures that they are well-versed in the technical aspects of surveying while also recognising how their work impacts the larger Planning and Design process.

All our Surveyors have Smart Awards (SA001, 002 and 007) , NSRWA (Unit O2) and are Openreach (S5 and S6) accredited.
